A friend recommended Brian. Brian mailed me a nice introductory letter so I contacted him. At the initial meeting I was very pleased with our discussion. He also asked me what were my plans after my house sold. I told him I wanted to get a condo at Chapman Place in Leominster. Brian set up an email for me that posted units coming up for sale. So we both won. I got a great condo and Brian was my broker. Then my house sold very ,very fast. Brian was so helpful by keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. I have worked with realtors when selling property for my aunt in NH and Lexington, my Mother in Cambridge and a retired professor in Burlington and Brian impressed me the most. He isn't pushy. He listens and is very proactive. Keep up the good work. It was all very positive. Thank you.

Brian Hansen took the overwhelming project of selling my mother's house. I do not live in the area so I was unable to be around for the majority of time. Brian has amazing initiative which was critical. he took care of everything! He helped me achieve a great sales price! I highly recommend him.

He was very helpful setting up financing for my condo.He also set up my email so I would get notices of new condo's for sale. That was a big plus. I only looked at 3 condo's before I made my purchase.

Brian Hansen was great throughout the entire process of selling my house. I found him to be an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and always available when needed. He was sensitive to my needs and the needs of my tenants. He made sure any concerns were addressed throughout the entire process from the open house to the fire inspection. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a house.
